Issue with accessing your dashboard?

If you are unable to access your Cloud Office Manager dashboard, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

Unable to login

If you are unable to login, make sure that:

  • You have a registered account.
  • You have access to the internet, you can confirm this by trying to access any other website and see if connection is successful.
  • Ensure your subscription is active. A message will be displayed on the screen with an invoice incase your subscription is due for payment.

I am able to login but i can't access my content.

If you are unable to access your content. Please check that:

  • The content was not deleted by a member of your firm.
  • The account trying to access the content has sufficient permission to do so.
  • Your internet connection is working correctly. If your connection is working, simply refresh the page and try again.
