If you are unable to access your Cloud Office Manager dashboard, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
Unable to login
If you are unable to login, make sure that:
- You have a registered account.
- You have access to the internet, you can confirm this by trying to access any other website and see if connection is successful.
- Ensure your subscription is active. A message will be displayed on the screen with an invoice incase your subscription is due for payment.
I am able to login but i can't access my content.
If you are unable to access your content. Please check that:
- The content was not deleted by a member of your firm.
- The account trying to access the content has sufficient permission to do so.
- Your internet connection is working correctly. If your connection is working, simply refresh the page and try again.
