Are you facing a problem related with billing? This article will assist you in troubleshooting and resolving the issue.

Unable to access the system

If you are unable to access the system due to an expired subscription. Kindly renew your subscription by following the instructions presented on your Cloud Office Manager dashboard. The instructions are also listed below:

  • Login to your account.
  • If your subscription is expired, you will be presented with an invoice and a button to proceed to pay the amount due.
  • Click on the button and follow the on-screen instruction to complete the payment.
  • After making payment, the system will automatically redirect you to your dashboard.

Made payment but still unable to access the system

If you have already renewed your subscription and are still unable to access the system, click on the More assistance button below and we will have a look and get you back on track.
