Unable to post new content
If you are unable to post on the app, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Make sure you are connected to a steady and stable internet connection. If there is an issue with your internet connection, the connection detection mechanism on the app should alert with a no internet connection message.
- If you have confirmed your internet connection is indeed working, you can try updating the app to the latest version available on the App Store, if on iOS or Google Play if using Android.
- If you are using the latest version but still are unable to post new content, it could be that your account has been suspended for policy violations. An email will be sent whenever an account is suspended for policy violation so check your email address for this email which will state the reason for account suspension.
