Unable to sync invoice or credit note with KRA TIMS
If you have tried to sync your invoice with KRA TIMS and the process failed due to an error, you can follow the following steps to fix the error.
- Check that your ETR TYPE C device is powered on and connected to the network.
- On the billing software, click on the ellipses button on the top right and select settings.
- Under settings screen, ensure that the ETR device's IP address is entered correctly as displayed on your ETR device.
- If the IP address matches with what is seen on the ETR device, reboot the ETR device.
- Check that your internet connection is stable and that you have access to the internet.
- Now try syncing your invoice or credit note.
