Good news. We heard your feedback and are glad to announce that we are introducing a better way of adding new email users for your organization.
We have launched a client area that will give you more control over your email package. On the client portal you will be able to:
- Add new user emails to your package.
- Suspend currently existing emails.
- Un-suspend suspended email accounts.
- Manage email usage quotas for your team.
- Manage your domains registered with us.
- Pay your subscription directly from the client portal.
When will the portal be available
The client portal will be available on 11th March 2024 for existing clients and for the general public, there will be phased rollout beginning on the 16th March 2024.
