Infrastructure Upgrades and New Service Tiers

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the highest level of service, we have recently upgraded our infrastructure. These enhancements are designed to significantly improve security, ensure maximum reliability, and optimize the efficiency of our web and email hosting services.

To better align with the diverse needs of our clients, we are introducing a new tiered pricing and package structure for both web and email hosting. Going forward, our packages will be structured as follows:

  • Base Tier: Includes unlimited email addresses and up to 50GB of storage for KES 300/account/month (billed annually).
  • Pro Tier: Includes unlimited email addresses and up to 100GB of storage for KES 500/account/month (billed annually).
  • Enterprise Tier: Includes unlimited email addresses and uncapped storage for KES 1,000/account/month (billed annually).

How Does This Affect You?

To ensure a seamless transition, our system will conduct a one-time usage scan on Friday, July 3rd, 2026, at 10:00 PM. Based on your current storage utilization, your account will automatically be allocated to the appropriate tier. Following the scan, a detailed report will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that if your account is adjusted to a higher tier, the updated pricing will only take effect starting with your next billing cycle.
